Tea with Mingster

Mingster was in town last week and we caught up for tea at TWG!

At Mingster’s suggestion, we tried a coupla macarons. They turned out to be quite good, much better than I remembered. Perhaps our choice of flavours were good ones – Moroccan Mint and Salted Caramel. I might get a couple to take home one day for a proper documentation in **The Macaron Scribbles**.

We had a wonderful time! Tea, scones, macarons and girl-talk. The perfect way to spend an arvo!

iMac gets a new hard drive

Mr Bb gave my iMac an overhaul last Saturday. My iMac has served me for more than four years now. It was starting to show signs of impending death (two major crashes). Funny enough, it started to behave really well a coupla weeks before the “surgery”. LOL! Almost as if it was trying to avoid the procedure. Well, it was for the better, my poor iMac!

We are now running on a 1TB hard drive. Maybe I should change Mr Bb’s blog name to Mr Wolf.

Sunday brunch

Sorry for the slow posts! I am drowning in work… The new project is a pain and a half. Infuriatingly, it is an awesome drama to watch. It’s just a huge headache to work on. I suppose it’s better than working on a terribly sucky drama which is also a headache.

Sunday brunch a few weeks ago at the nearby Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. I can’t even remember which week this was. Was it even a Sunday? Or Saturday?
