-> Strolling across the bridge to Sentosa.

-> Waiting an hour for the Crane Dance, which broke down after three minutes.

-> Being the first ones to walk off the scene.

-> Dinner at Din Tai Fung. And the look on his face when he bit into the prawn pancake.

-> Trying to eat the slices of century egg elegantly.

-> More funky moon business.

-> Sharing gelati on a cone, lemon sorbet with rum and raisin, as a slight pause on the bridge.

-> Kungfu Panda and the Tourist.

-> Awesome possum smoked cheese.

-> The colour, red.

And everything else in between. :)
