A change of scene for tea yesterday, away from the bustle of Orchard Road…
What a lovely setup, with a nice variety of yummies on offer! It’s a high tea buffet, from 3 pm to 5 pm, every Thursday and Friday.
From the reviews and peektures I have seen online, I believe the spread used to be very much better. There were no finger sammiches, and no scones. No scones! OMG. How can it be tea without scones?
We still enjoyed ourselves anyway. The company makes all the difference. As for the food, it wasn’t bad, though it could have been better. Not the best I’ve had but there was the lovely environment and good service. The teas they served were good though. I thought the decaf Lounge Lizard brew was quite awesome.
