We started our Saturday with brekkie at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Off to a good start with an Egg Benny and Salmon Scrambled Eggs, washed down with a coupla Vanilla Lattes.
While it looked extremely promising, the egg yolk was too cooked. No runny goodness for bB. :( The Hollandaise sauce was deliciously creamy though.
His Scrambled Eggs with Salmon was quite tasty. But they may have forgotten to dress his salad. Mine had a pretty awesome tangy dressing but his was rather dry.
Vanilla Lattes always save the day. I wish they could be more consistent with the food standard though.
After that, we were off to the supermarket for supplies, for our second round of pumpkin pie-baking!
